We have multi-operation machines and milling machines that allow us to process components with tight tolerances.

Drilling is used to create or enlarge holes in materials. We can handle drilling tasks of all sizes, ensuring precision and accuracy in each project.

We commonly perform threading on screws and nuts, but we can also create threads on a wide range of components. This process allows us to produce precise threads to meet various specifications and applications.

In bending, we shape a workpiece to the required angle and radius as specified by the design. We can bend sheet metal products for construction (such as studs and other light profiles) or small metal components for industrial parts. We also handle heavier items like parts for buckets used on wheel loaders and excavators.

We have two 640-ton Ursviken machines and one 150-ton Ursviken machine.

We perform rolling on both large and thick materials of all kinds. Whether you need a few pieces or mass production, we can accommodate your needs.

Joint preparation is essential for achieving perfect welding results and makes it easy to weld directly on-site.

A blasted surface provides the best foundation. Blasting effectively removes rust, dirt, paint, and various coatings. It is also an efficient pre-treatment before painting and other surface treatments. Blasting creates small structures on the surface, increasing adhesion, which enhances the quality and longevity of the surface treatment.
