These terms and conditions apply between you as the customer and Bergs Mekaniska AB when ordering goods on bergsmekaniska.se. To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old. We reserve the right to change or decline an order under certain circumstances. We also reserve the right for out-of-stock situations and any typographical errors.

The price applicable at the time of placing your order on Bergsmekaniska.se is the one that will be charged. All prices are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK) and are excluding VAT. Prices do not include shipping, packaging, or any payment fees; these will be clearly stated separately before the order is finalized.

Returns are at your own expense unless the item is defective.

You have the right to complain about your order within a reasonable time frame according to the Consumer Purchase Act. The right to complaint applies whether the defect is visible or hidden, provided that the defect did not arise due to improper use of the item.
